A third generation Funeral Director, Mack Johnson leads Funeral Agent with a deep-rooted sense of responsibility and a passion for customer care. His motto “You Call, We Do The Rest” has become the company’s gospel. Mack graduated from Morris Harvey College with a BA in Political Science, and continued his education at the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, the college that has been setting the standard in mortuary science education since 1882. Prior to joining the company, Mack served as a US Marine during the Vietnam War era.
Another third generation Funeral Director, Wayne continues the family tradition of providing compassionate, professional guidance to the bereaved, making sure that each family’s wishes are met. As a Licensed Crematory Operator, he is also the leading expert for questions about cremation services. Wayne is also a graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science.
A fourth generation Funeral Director, Chris is a graduate of Marshall University with a degree in Journalism. Chris, too, graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and offers families professional support and comprehensive care during their time of need.
Carl, or Chip as he is known to his friends and family, is a fourth generation funeral director. He graduated from Mid America Mortuary School. Prior to joining the company, Chip was a member of the U.S. Air Force and served in the Persian Gulf War in Operation Southern Watch. Chip now commits his time to helping families navigate through stress and anxiety arranging respectful, dignified funeral services that meet specific wishes.
