5. Register Book, Memorial Cards and Thank-You Cards - Provided by Funeral Agent's Select Funeral Director
6. Making Funeral Arrangements: Funeral Agent a.) selects Funeral Director and b.) makes arrangements for Memorial Service and Visitation (one hour prior to the service) at location as specified by family
7. Your choices after receiving urns:
   1. Burial Ceremony
   2. Cremains are dispersed in Scattering Ceremony
   3. Family is given option to keep cremains at home
